Ingredients
- 16 ounces pork sausage, bulk (453grams)
- 1⁄2 cup Éban’s Bakehouse GF AP Flour Blend (about 2 ounces/57grams)
- 2+ cups Whole Milk, more may be needed based on desired consistency of gravy
- 1⁄2 teaspoon Cavender’s Greek Seasoning (or your favorite all-purpose gf seasoning)
- 1 tseaspoon freshly ground Black Pepper, or more to taste
Directions
- In a large skillet, cook the sausage on medium high heat until cooked through, breaking the sausage up into small pieces with a wooden spoon as it cooks.
- Sprinkle the flour over the cooked sausage and stir to coat the sausage in the flour.
- Slowly pour in the milk, a 1⁄2 cup at a time, stirring after each addition as the mixture thickens into a creamy gravy, cooking on medium to low heat, using as much milk as needed to reach desired consistency.
- Add seasoning blend and pepper to taste. Add salt if desired.
- Serve hot ladled over Éban’s Egg Biscuits.
