Chewy, soft and deliciously nutritious, Éban’s Award-winning Seeded Bread is free of soy, wheat, dairy and preservatives, yet loaded with organic poppy, sesame, chia, flax, sunflower and pumpkin seeds that are baked into this substantial loaf along with free-roaming chicken eggs and our proprietary gluten-free, whole grain flour blend of brown rice, certified gluten-free oat, ancient grain sorghum and tapioca flours. Like all our breads, the Seeded loaf holds up to the heartiest of fillings without requiring toasting and does not crumble or fall apart in the making of a sandwich. For added crunch and texture however, we do recommend toasting- it makes an amazing base for an avocado toast, for example, with the additional nutritional boost of polyunsaturated fats in all those organic seeds. This product is made in a dedicated gluten-free facility that uses peanuts and tree nuts. We use ONLY certified gluten-free oats and oat flour, and our eggs come from free-roaming chickens raised by an Amish cooperative.
Our artisan gluten-free breads are preservative-free; for maximum freshness, we recommend keeping bread refrigerated for up to 10 days or frozen for up to nine months from date of purchase.
