Football season and a big pot of Sloppy Joe go together like chips & dip, don't they? Well, you don't have to be a sports enthusiast or even a carnivore to enjoy this classic dish. Vegetarians can substitute the meats for tofu, plant-based burger alternatives, Jackfruit, refried pinto beans, etc. Griddle up our Artisan Buns with a little butter or olive oil to get a golden toasty center and pile them high with this tangy, perfectly spiced concoction. I typically eat my Sloppy Joe on a bun with coleslaw and corn chips, but sometimes I may skip the bun altogether and instead, slather my Sloppy on a baked sweet potato or over crispy waffle fries, smothered with melted cheese (see picture below)! Either way, have plenty of napkins at the ready -this recipe from Eric's other sister Mary Beth, is drool-worthy! ~Adrienne
